Foraging for Dye Matter

Participants are encouraged to bring their own pruning scissors/shears, foraging basket/bag and container (Ideally a glass jar with a sealed cap.). There will be a few extra pairs of shears that can be shared, but there are only a limited number. What is foraged and harvested will vary and reflect that which is in season and accessible at the time of each class. Each class will aim to cover multiple sources, as well as precautions, how to procure, indications, uses and applications. (JUN 13, 27, Jul 11 and AUG 1, 15, 29 ) 3:30PM- 5:30PM *Class sign-up necessary. Drop-ins are welcome, but attendees need to make sure the class that is scheduled will happen - as minimum student quota must be met within 24 hours of the scheduled class. Classes that do not meet the minimum quota will be canceled.
