Fiber Wall Hanging
(JUNE 13) 12:00PM-3:00PM
- Old Orchard Road
This workshop will cover how to make upcycled and eclectic wall decor using a mixture of found, foraged and various materials. The dowels for these pieces will be a mixture of driftwood, unique wood pieces or recycled items. The students can choose which sort of piece they would prefer to work on - or if they prefer, they may bring their own dowel they wish to use. Students are encouraged to bring whatever fibers/materials they might like to work with for this workshop. There will be a selection of fibers that students may choose to work with for their pieces that are included in the cost of the workshop, but I will also have a limited and curated selection of fibers and materials that students are welcome to use for an additional cost. Pricing contingent on material, fiber(s), process and origin. These are offered as first come, first serve. (JUNE 13) 12:00PM-3:00PM *Class sign-up necessary. Drop-ins are welcome, but attendees need to make sure the class that is scheduled will happen - as minimum student quota must be met within 24 hours of the scheduled class. Classes that do not meet the minimum quota will be canceled.
