Be At Ease is made with farm grown hemp flower, chamomile and hops. These three plants have a beautiful synergy and offer support to our nervous system and bring ease to mind and body. We reach for this blend to assist with moments we feel restless, anxious & tense (specifically around our stomach), and as a sleep aid.
